Brewed with 80 pounds of local honey and 35 pounds of fresh ginger, this Ginger Braggot is the first out of this year’s student brewing program, which features creations from OSU fermentation science students brewed alongside our pub brew team. Their Braggot features aromas of ginger, delicate malt, and honey. Its flavor echos with honey, gently spicy ginger, and black tea, finishing dry and vinous.
