In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2021/06 is a bourbon cask where our Quad the Fox aged for 30 months. Expect complex flavours where next to subtle vanilla and oak, oxidation created a complex Rancio effect, often found in older Cognac.
