Astral Insight is structured upon a base of malted barley and flaked grains to achieve a soft mouthfeel with a delicately low alcohol content. We then layered this beer with a blend of american hops to deliver bright flavors of lemon balm and melon. We love low gravity beers and this one was built for drinking.
