The other beer designed by our taproom team, again in our house style. For this one the team decided on wheat malt to plump up the body without bringing too much thickness that would distract from other aspects of the beer. And a dash of Rye for seasoning. This beer was dry hopped with Eclipse, a relatively new variety which boasts lots of sweet mandarin and citrus peel. We paired this with Simcoe and as a counterpoint, to bring in some tropical fruit and that sweet piney magic the Simcoe has.
