The Rat Bitter Ale is in the style of the old Ballarat Bitter, affectionately known as Ballarat Bertie. It is full bodied with a stronger malt flavor and bitterness than traditional draught beer while maintaining good drinkability. Brewed using locally produced malted barley. NOTE: The Rat Bitter Ale contains gluten. O’Brien Beer is our gluten-free range.
