Cider made with Cox Orange Pippin apples, macerated on L’Acadie grape must for 14 days. This year we decided to do something special and give you a taste of our version of “vin de primeur” or “nouveau”. We transferred Dayglow off of the L’Acadie grape skins destined for barrels pulled a small portion that is only several weeks old so you could taste, Dayglow: Nouveau - a super fresh and lively version of the normally barrel aged cider.
