Ale Fermented in OakThe External Soul is a blend of saison fermented and aged in barrels and refermented on peaches and nectarines.The 2024 harvest blend was created from saison which were refermented on generous quantities of organic peaches and nectarines grown by Collins Family Orchards in Selah.This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.Bottled 04/03/2025Conditioned with: Organic sugar.Cellar: I strongly encourage that peach beers be consumed relatively fresh. Best by spring 2026.
