A blend of 6-month foudre-aged Belgian saison and strong ales, aged for 10 months with Pink Guavas and Pink Peppercorns in Roussanne/Semillon barrels from Woodinville's Novelty Hill Winery. Beautifully tart and dry, slightly Brett funky with a gentle kiss of oak, smooth and sweet tropicalian guava-ness, and a sublty spicy pep of pepper.
