This brew is in collaboration with the folks at Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters. Brewed with Pilsner malt from Holland, Special Biscuit malt from Belgium, and a touch of Chocolate wheat malt, then lightly hopped in the boil with Chinook, Talus, and El Dorado hops striking a delicate balance to compliment the coffee from our neighbors at VI Coffee Roasters. After it was done with all its fermentation business, we used 5 pounds of Category X coffee to achieve this easy-drinking anytime IPA.
