Fresh 2021 harvest yellow peaches were added to this beer two days before serving at a fruiting rate of over 40%. The base blend for this beer is a traditionally brewed spontaneous blend across three brewing seasons, containing a portion of beer brewed with local New Jersey Honey. The average age of the blend is currently 18 months. The beer drinks slightly sweet with intense peach flavor and aromatics, bringing about a unique drinking experience for the base blend.
