I love these unfrutied blends so much, they're what make me the most proud of beers. There's nothing to hide behind. This beer has the classic Casey yeast aromas as well as added complexity from the heavy use of spelt. The taste shows moderate acidity and a great sweet tart finish. Rich body, super drinkable, this will be my new go to at home think.
