A blend of traditional cider apples, including Court Pendu Plat, Binet Rouge, Grimes Golden, Harrison and Hamm's Golden, all grown in Ashe County, NC. This dry cider is barrel fermented and matured, followed by bottle conditioning. We taste coconut, green apple, and honeysuckle, finished with intense minerality and tannins.
