Cold IPA

As our forays into different takes on lagers and IPAs continue to develop, we decided there was no better style to explore than Cold IPA.Using flaked corn, and malted barley alongside Citra, Mosaic, and Vista hops, we fermented this with lager yeast at a slightly warmer than usual temperature. It's bitter, and crisp, with lots of fruity hops.
