An American hopped IPA with a lot of grunt. The Sitting Bull opens up with plenty of citrus and tropical hop flavour brought about by a swathe of Centennial, Citra and Simcoe. A big body and plenty of mouth feel follow with a good smack of bitterness to cap it all off.
