El Dorado Pale

Описание

El Dorado Pale - This beer was our showcase of the El Dorado hop variety. We packed the malt bill with wheat, flaked and malted oats and dextrine malts along with our preferred water profile to lean towards a juicy NEIPA style IPA. El Dorado lend juicy, tropical, floral notes to this juice bomb. Think pineapple and mango wrapped in peach which comes from our chosen style of yeast for this brew.
