Whining Blonde

Golden ale aged in South African Pinot Noir wine barrels. Whining Blonde started its life as a Belgian-inspired Strong Ale brewed from four different grains and beet sugar. The fermentation took place at high temperature with a yeast from the Belgian La Chouffe brewery which gives the beer its fruitiness and high complexity.
