Of the Vine: Little Green One

Our "Of the Vine" series continues with a beautifully dry and wine-like cider co-fermented and rested for many moons on Petite Verdot pomace from our friends at Manatawny Creek Winery. Named "Little Green One" because of its late ripening, and being green when other grapes are ripe, this cider drinks just like a rosé. The pomace lends a beautiful pinkish hue, a pleasant tanic balance, and a dry and refreshing presence on the palate that, once again, blurs the line between cider and wine.
