Our latest bourbon barrel aged bochet features a strong traditional base of caramelized orange blossom honey that was rested in bourbon barrels for 12 months. After its year- long slumber, we added back some meadowfoam blossom honey to balance out the booze and oak tannins. The result is a decadent and hefty dessert mead with floral undertones and a dominate bourbon toasted marshmallow presence that linger long on the palate.
