What’s that? An Elliot session mead? You bet! Fermented the same way as it’s bigger brother, Little Elliot is made with whole Elliot blueberries from Michigan and orange blossom honey, just with lower abv and residual sweetness. The result is a truly crushable session mead which retains all of the amazing depth that can only come from fermenting on whole fruit.
