A light fruit forward pale ale dry-hopped with some of our favourite hops - in the kettle we used Triskel hops for a nice sustained bitterness, and some nice North American and Western Hemisphere hops in the whirlpool and after active fermentation. A nice classic old world yeast really helps the hops shine here.
