A banging Rye Wine! Hints of rye, oak and caramel, followed by a smooth raisin aftertaste from the sherry cask. Gentle apple and vanilla slowly join in with hints of oak. This Rye Wine is brewed with 70% rye malt. But… don’t tRYE this @home! We aged this version on PX Sherry.
