The Harvest time blend (follow up to the Summer Blend) of this brilliant draft cider, is slightly more wintery, slightly more robust, but takes the same approach to the blend: cider apples from Herefordshire orchards, featuring Dabinet, Yarlington Mills & Foxwhelp; slightly funky with deep cidery fruit aromas, robust taste of overripe red apple & drying fruity finish. Full bodied but very drinkable.Fermented with wild yeasts in an array of vessels, including a mix of barrel types.
