Orange marmalade, herbal and spicy hop aroma, with citrus and subtle clove aromas from the yeast.The flavour is citrusy, followed by bready/caramelly sweet malt character.Finishing very dry, with a subtle lingering spicy note.The Belgian Pale Ale was originally inspired by the malt driven English Pale Ales, but using their distinctly flavourful yeast varieties.Our take uses almost entirely New Zealand ingredients including Froth Technologies’ ‘Wilding’.This yeast is a wild captured strain from the Rangitikei River Valley that is similar to Belgian Saison strains.
