Smoke is the motto of this beer!We use specially imported malt which was dried using Beechwood smoke instead of hot air. Distinct, but balanced flavors of this smoke malt are paired with the sweetness of the Taiwanese Longan fruit which were smoke-dried using Longan wood smoke.
