Front Pasture

We captured wild yeast in the "front pasture" of our family ranch in Arkansas. We later discovered three distinct yeast isolates in the capture. One of the isolates was a wild sacchromyces strain that we used in this beer. We believe this beer to be a true midwestern farmhouse pale ale. We feature different dry hops with each release of this beer.
