Golden Bounty

A celebration of some of the amazing produce we have here in New Zealand. This pale, lightly salted sour beer was fermented out with lactobacillus and brettanomyces. Aged for 10 months on 400g/L of nectarines and peaches. Dry hopped with Azacca before bottling. Bottle conditioned.
