Stauning Rye Whisky barrel aged Baltic Porter with handpicked Ancho chili, Alba cinnamon, Ugandan Givreé vanilla and Canadian maple syrup.A collab between Øllebrødre and Pleasanti Street, exclusively made for Peders 6th birthday celebration.The idea behind AVERELL 1333 MEXICAN EDITION, came fromthe love of Mexican cake stouts. We used an atypical choise and choose our beloved Baltic Porter that have been barrel aged for 18 months in a Stauning Rye Whisky. The spiciness from the rye barrel pairs perfectly with Ancho chili that we handpicked from our trip through Mexico. We also used a carefully amount of Alba cinnamon, cacao nibs, Ugandan Givreé vanilla and maple syrup to give a smoother touch.
