Imperial Red IPA

A strong IPA with a deep red colour, to which brewing was chosen the continuous hopping technique and involves dividing the hops into 20 parts, which are added over a sixty minute boil. Varieties such as Australian Topaz, American Amarillo and Simcoe were used for hopping, which gave the beer a deep rich bitterness and an aroma of pine, bitter herbs and citrus.
