A hoppy and sweet pale ale brewed with Juicy New England Yeast and some low-gluten grains including maize and rice along with some cara malt. We added Aurora and Azacca hops in the boil with Azacca and El Dorado in the Dry Hop.It's not lacking flavour but it's lacking gluten.
