Cold IPA, incredibly drinkable and brewed with our house lager yeast, is especially refreshing thanks to its balanced hop aromas, light body, and just the right amount of bitterness.We’ve crafted this beer with three additions of Mosaic hops during the hot side of brewing process and a dry-hop of mainly Mosaic hops, accented with touches of Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere. This results in aromas of blueberry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit.Named in honor of Sixto Rodriguez’s 1970 album Cold Fact, which pairs wonderfully with this brew.
