Reveries Of... Nelson Sauvin

Nelson Sauvin Single Hop Hazy IPA"Nelson Sauvin - the pride of New Zealand! I've always had a strong relationship with Nelson Sauvin; I love drinking it and brewing with it, but I've never made a Single Hop IPA using Nelson. Now is the time! It's bursting with aromas of fresh grapes, white wine, white pepper, grapefruit, a bit of tropical notes and that beautiful New Zealand earthy funk!"-Head Brewer Jirka Ordén
