Our friends at Hoch Orchard gracioisly provided their hybrid Apricot for this mixed grain sour ale. Grown exclusively at Hoch Orchard, we are honored by the opportunity to showcase this Minnesota grown stonefruit. Aromas of cool apricot flesh leads to flavors of tart peaches and citrus zest.
