Layers of smooth English malt bring notes of light chocolate, toasted bread, caramel and toffee — balanced by a clean hit of classic US “Big C” hops: Centennial, Cascade & Columbus. Rounded bitterness & hop character give a depth of flavour and drinkability. A delightful hybrid between an English & US Brown Ale.
