Spelt, pilsner, and malted oats lay the base for this clean Saison inspired beer - hopped with Nelson and Motueka hops - and fermented with a clean and classic Belgian yeast strain - Nelson is such an interesting hop - this time we really wanted to see how the flavor playa out with a reduced hoping rate so that some more nuances can be uncovered from one of our favorite hops.
