We put our heads together with the lovely folks at Mellon Brasserie to find a way to take a lager “over the tap” while providing the classic flavour profile we all cherish. We decided to Triple decoct the finest floor malted pilsner and cold steep our roasted malts, creating notes of biscuit, toffee & subtle dark bread spices that complement the floral notes of the Saaz hops. Easy drinking and crispy is what we demand and we got it.
