She has flowers in her hair and beer in her taste. The honey collected from wildflowers in the local archipelago gives its own unique nuance to the taste and aroma of beer.Stallhagen Wild Flower is a golden yellow unfiltered pale ale. The foam flower is white and durable. The fragrance is fresh, interestingly floral and slightly spicy. The round-leaved crust leaves room for hops and honey in taste. The beer is semi-50 and easy to drink. The pleasant spiciness and floraliness of ECG hops in both aroma and flavour are nicely balanced with honey. The final sing-off is dry.
