From the banks of the river Oker to the banks of the Danube, comes TIMCO Saxon Go(o)se! Tradtionally, Gose-style beer is made from nothing more than good malt, slightly salty water, mild hops, a little sourness and yeast. It is light and refreshing. TIMCO has chosen to stay true to the original; we brew our Go(o)se with a little citrus and rosemary, coriander and keep it slightly salty. When we think of Gose, we think of farms and feathery geese roaming in the Saxon countryside. So grab a TIMCO Saxon Go(o)se before it flies away!
