Quate grins means “four grains” in Walloon. IT is one of our saison brewed with malted barley as well as organic raw wheat, spelt and rye grown about 5 kilometers away from the brewery by our friends from Ferme Baré.This grain bill creates a unique rustic profile with bready, nutty and spicy flavors.We selected a traditional farmhouse yeast strain which combine high attenuation and therefore allows us to create a very dry beer, together with a complex fermentation of profile that display white spices, lemon and grassy herbal notes.An authentic farmhouse beer, Brewed in our 800 years old farm.
