NZ malts and Hops. Sweet and fruity aroma from malt and hop combo. Moderate sweetness and bready malt profile with a clean bitterness and yeast character throughout. Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hop combo give both fruity, dried fruit and piney notes which take on a sweet touch from the speciality malts.What hops did you use and why: Medium to high bittering level with Pacific Jade and a late addition of Rakau for a stone fruit character to complement the speciality malts. High dry-hopping rate of Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops provide a balanced and broad fruity character to the finish.
