More a dark red or mahogany colour than black, our New World Porter sits somewhere between a traditional English Brown Porter and an American Brown, with New World ingredients used throughout for a new interpretation of an old style. Malts from Australian and New Zealand, hops from Australia (Ella) and the US (El Dorado), local water and an American Ale strain.
