Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Banter to celebrate the birthday of our dear neighbors to the north (Canada Day). This rustic farmhouse is brewed with local Ohio wheat, Saskatoon berries and a special yeast strain hailing from Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium. A bright nose of berry and white pepper lead way into a refreshing and mildly tart body with an exceptional dry finish.
