A Symbiosis of beer and wine This hybrid of beer and wine is a beautiful blend of natural wine made from the finest Scheurebe grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany, and a selection of lambics. A delicate balance of fruity and floral notes, complemented by the complex, tart and funky character of the lambics.
