Czech In is a traditional Czech Pilsner, brewed for our pals at Plonk for their Summer Beer Box. We've used light colour pilsner malts and fermented long and cold with a Pilsen yeast strain from our friends at Bluestone Yeast. The flavour profile is rich and rounded, with a firm front pallet bitterness and light spice thanks to Hallertau hops. The yeast profile is clean and rounded, leaving a pleasant and traditional backend flavour.
