"Yan-Jing" 2023 Belgian Strong Ale /

▶ "Yan-Jing" is a high-ABV sour beer that undergoes barrel aging to soften its acidity. The robust aroma of smoked plum complements the fruity notes derived from wild yeast. A crisp malt character belies its high alcohol content, creating a hazy, yet beautiful landscape within the glass.▶「陽春召我以煙景，大塊假我以文章。」
