Sippin' on Gin and... Cider? It doesn't have quite the ring to it that the famous song does, but the combo works just as well! We have so many people in our neighborhood making unique and interesting beverages. As an example, our friends at Botanery Barn Distilling make some fantastic Gins, and when they offered us Juniper Berries from one of their batches, we figured those little berries would make for a great cider too. So we took one of our aged dry ciders and rested it on their Gin-soaked Juniper for two months. The result is a subtly fruity and piney cider with breaths of gin that tickle your taste buds. A fun and different cider!
