For this beer, we started by conditioning toasted American oak cubes on Four Roses bourbon for four weeks. We added that to a nine-liter keg of Omega, our delicious chocolate-vanilla stout, and after 12 weeks of aging, it's finally ready to share with the world! New flavors of woody coconut and boozy vanilla work with the intense chocolate of the base beer to produce the type of complexity that can only be achieved through extended wood aging.
