For this iteration of our ECIPA we’ve adopted a more typical NEIPA yeast. We’ve gone with a huge whirlpool addition of Idaho-7 and copious amounts of Moasic & Lotus in 2 separate dry-hoppings. Punchy US hops, big juicy esters & silky smooth oats. What more could you ask for in a Hazy IPA.
