Blackberry Whiskey Sour is Biere de Garde fermented and aged in Woody Creek Rye Whiskey Barrels. We then added whole blackberries from Hotchkiss, CO just before bottling. Collaboration with Four Dogs Fine Wine & Spirits in Basalt, CO.
