Cone of Silence Pale

We took a simple pale ale recipe and infused it with 55lbs of freshly dried, whole cone cascade hops from Yakima. The beer consists of just 3 malts: pale, caravienna, and dextrapils. It was bittered with Citra pellets, and then after the E48:F202 was steeped in the cone hops for over an hour (where it picked up more bitterness, and an intense hoppy flavor and aroma.) overall, we used 8lbs of hops per barrel- which is massive. 5.7% abv.
