Local Wildflower and Michigan Northern Spy apple juice, a touch of cinnamon sticks, aged in a Distillery 291 bourbon barrel for just under 1 year. The cinnamon has faded into a background note, but strong apple and bourbon flavors combine seamlessly with toasted oak and baking spices.
